We have carefully selected the unique location of Leitrim Village, Co.Leitrim to host our Training Program.
an inviting picturesque bustling village located just two hours from Dublin, 2½ hours from Belfast and just 50 mins from Ireland West Airport Knock. Carrick on Shannon is just 6 mins away.
Situated at the beginning of the Shannon-Erne Waterway canal, Leitrim village boasts an array of bustling bars, restaurants, B&Bs and accommodations.
It's unique location allows one to walk alongside the canal surrounded by tranquil water and buzzing nature.
leitrim village lies in the heart of the Blueway and has a variety of nature trails for walking enthusiasts.
The area also boasts forests and lakes. At the weekend, Leitrim village comes to life with traditional music sessions welcoming visitors from all over Ireland and beyond.
Our Yoga Teacher training venue is located in the heart of Leitrim village walking distance to all amenities and main accommodations.
We enjoy the exclusive use of a bright spacious and cosy centre lovingly cared for by the local community.
The centre boasts wooden floors, classroom facilities, controlled heating & air conditioning, and a full kitchen accessible to us all each day of the course.
All Yoga Equipment is provided such as blocks, mats, straps and bolsters though Yoga Teacher Trainees are more than welcome to bring their own equipment if they wish

I began my wellness journey over 7 years ago in Lake Como, Italy and lived there for about 7 years also.
My wellness journey has taken me on training courses and retreats in Italy, Spain, Morocco, Sri Lanka and Bali in search of learning ancient Wellness skills rooted in Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, Mindfulness, Yoga Philosophy and Sound Healing.
I qualified as an internationally recognised RYT-200 Yoga Teacher in January 2015 having studied intensively in Ubud, Bali.
I spent some time offering Vinyasa Flow Yoga lessons in and around Lake Como, Milan and Ticino, switzerland before moving back to Ireland in Summer 2019 to focus on BeWell-Ireland and BeWell-Yoga Teacher Training School.
I enjoy sharing Wellness 'tools and tips' with students.
My passion is empowering people on their personal journey to Wellbeing and coaching people on daily habits and practises to help them reach their highest potential.
