Mind,body & Soul Yoga
Flo’s journey has taken her from France, to Bali and finally here to Ireland. Flo is a true athlete who has been practising sports from horse riding to fencing, CrossFit to gym workouts and running from a young age. Her gravitation toward yoga began years ago when she reached an understanding that mobility was the key to her sporting achievements.
By improving her strength, concentration and balance through yoga, she also improved her efficiency in many other aspects of her life.
Following with this path, Flo fell in love with yoga. She says it’s only natural that she went ahead to get her accreditation and share her passion with the world!

In Flo’s classes you can expect a judgement-free practise and teaching method for all levels. All students are invited to join the class to enjoy a relaxing experience divided into four parts:
The first part includes switching off from the external world with a call to look inward by doing a body scan accompanied by a pinch of mindfulness.
The second part is a sequence of flow movements, allowing us to gently warm up the body and awaken our immune system.
The third part includes a yin phase to relax by holding postures and listening to our body.
The final part is a blissful meditation to send you home happy and at peace.
