Babs Leonard is a meditation teacher who, through personal and professional life experiences, was led down the path of teaching people this powerful self-awareness and wellbeing tool. She worked in the non-profit sector for over twenty years, within homeless, addiction, family support and youth work services with people of all ages and in all stages of life.
Bab’s speciality is creating and holding safe spaces for connection and wellbeing. She helps people integrate wellbeing practices into daily life in both group settings and on a one-to-one basis.
