There's never been a better time as now to try your hand at developing an at-home yoga practise.
In the coming days Bewell yoga will be supporting you with:
-yoga @ home tips, hacks and instructions
-yoga @ home videos and video suggestions for various levels and goals
-live online yoga sessions, meditation sessions and pranayama sessions
-food for thought and mindfulness materials

In the meantime, find below the BeWell yoga practise video I have referred to in some of our sessions and suggested you use at home so as to develop a more consistent and everyday practise.
If you have been coming to the stronger Yoga classes, this video will be suitable for you. (Please adjust for your injuries or ask me if you need tips on how to adjust for your injuries) It is quite moderate and not as strong or fast as our usual classes.
However, if you have been coming to the more gentler Yin style classes, you can feel welcome to try this video but please replace lengthy down dogs, planks and vinyasas for table top position peppered with some lovely cat/cows. If you need picture references for these positions, drop me a message or email and I'll be very happy to help out.
If you have not been coming to BeWell classes, I am delighted to welcome you to BeWell and to Yoga. If you have any injuries (existing or pre-existing) that you would like to discuss with me prior to engaging in our home practise program, simply drop me a message or a text and I'd be delighted to give you some guidance.
I am here as always for any questions you have about your personal yoga practise, developing a home practise, your individual ability for specific yoga videos and tips and advise.
Finally, as I say at the beginning of most classes. It is not about pushing and forcing positions. It is about gentle movement and consistency of practise. Strength and flexibility will come with consistent short practises rather than force. It is ok to do 50%+ only of the practise video.

This short breathing exercise which also doubles as a meditation is ideally practised at least once daily.
