Where event is not fully booked:
*Event transfer credit available where attendee can show doctors note/physios note
*Event transfer credit available where client gives 24Hours notice of cancellation
*Eventcredit must be used within 4 months on same/similar service
 
Where Event is fully booked:
*Event transfer credit available where attendee can show doctors note/physios note
*Event transfer credit may be available where client gives good notice and BeWell can successfully fill spot with person from waiting list
*Event credit must be used within 4 months on same/similar service
 
Where class operating at low booking levels:
*Event transfer credit available where attendee can show doctors note/physios note 
*Event transfer credit available where client gives 24Hours+notice of cancellation
*Event credit must be used within 4 months on same/similar service
