Deposit - 500euro
This deposit works for 1x person on all combinations
eg.
i)1xSolo Traveller single room (1x deposit locks in spot)
 
ii)1xPerson of 2xPeople Sharing (Both persons must pay 1x desposit(500e + 500e before 12th Oct midnight deadline to lock in spot)
 
iii)1xPerson of 3xPeople Sharing*(2 of the 3 persons  sharing must pay 1x deposit each (500e+500e) prior to 12th Oct midnight booking deadline to lock in spots
 
iv) 1x Yogi + 1xNon Yogi - (Only the Yogi needs to pay 1x deposit to lock in their spot and room)
 
Balances must be paid prior to 10th Nov 2024
Can be paid in split payments - discuss directly with BeWell
 
*This deposit is non refundable after 12th Oct. midnight 
*All bookings are subject to a 99euro non refundable admin fee which will be retained in the event of cancellation by the client (this will not be retained in the unlikely event of cancellation by BeWell)
*If the retreat does not proceed due to not reaching min booking levels, all payments will be refunded
