*Flights are not included
*Airport transfer not included but can be arranged for additional fee
*Optional excursions not included
*Lunch and Dinner not included
*Rates and availability are not guaranteed and subject to availability at the time of booking 
*Booking Deadline applies
*Courses run subject to min booking level - should courses not reach min booking level this will be communicated out on or before mid October 2023
*In the event of a course not proceeding due to not reaching min booking levels BeWell will
a) for clients who still wish to fly to morocco and stay @ Paradis Plage - they will be partially refunded the total retreat fee amount less the accommodation cost. The booking will be transferred to their name and all responsibilites for cancellation on time for 100% refund will be absorbed by the client at that time. *30 day notice 100% refund 
b) for client who do not wish to stay at Paradis Plage - they will be fully refunded any payment to BeWell

*In the event of a course not proceeding BeWell is not responsible for flight cancellation/change fees.
BeWell is not responsible for accommodation cancellation fees incurred by guests for failure to communicate with the hotel 30 days prior for 100% refund.

*Bewell highly recommends the following
a) book 100% refundable accommodation (if not staying at venue
b)book flexi flights
c)have an open mind to stay in Taghazout or Morocco for a holiday in any case in the event that the retreat does not reach the minimum booking levels *BeWell knows Taghazout very well and can provide a list of alternative surf & yoga camps/tours of the area etc.

BeWell may not be able to confirm minimum booking levels on the course until the weeks prior.
