Our ECO Yoga Bolster made from 100% organic cotton supports you in many yoga and Pilates exercises.
The yoga roller is often used in quiet yoga styles such as yin yoga, restorative yoga or prenatal yoga. Thanks to the ergonomic shape, you can also use the bolster very well for backbends and chest stretching.
 
The ECO yoga cushion consists of a removable cover made of 100% high-quality organic cotton and an inlay filled with organic spelt pods. The cover can be removed with a zipper and machine washed at 30 degrees. The liner also has a zipper for removing or refilling the spelt filling.
