Ts+Cs
Courses - Retreats
1. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of €99 per person is required to secure your place on the retreat. A contract is formed once your booking is accepted and the deposit is received.
The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the retreat start date. Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of your deposit.
2. Cancellation Policy
* The deposit is non-refundable, except where cancellation is required under applicable consumer protection law.
* Participants may cancel and receive a **full refund of monies paid (excluding deposit) up to 12 weeks prior to the retreat start date.
* After this period, refunds are not automatic. However, if your place is resold, a refund (excluding deposit) will be issued, less reasonable administrative costs.
* If the retreat is fully booked prior to the 12-week mark, and a waiting list exists, the resale policy will apply from that point forward.
* Cancellations must be made in writing.
* No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the retreat.
3. Nature of Services (Important)
BeWell provides retreat services only. We do not provide or organise flights or combined travel packages.

Your booking is for participation in a wellness/yoga retreat programme, and not for a package holiday within the meaning of applicable EU or Irish legislation, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Travel Insurance
Participants must have valid travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal belongings, and travel disruption.
5. Flights & Travel Arrangements
