Non refundable thereafter.

Balance of payment due prior to event.
Access to space 30mins before start time - (09.30am).
Space to be returned clean and usable as delivered within 30 mins after end time of rental -(11.30am).
*BeWell may book another event to start within 30 mins of your finish time (new event starting at 11.30am)
*Other faciliators may access the space from your end time (11.00am) for setting up of their event 
*Faciliator must provide BeWell with updated copy of Insurance + BeWell Main Space Rental Sign Ts&Cs in advance of event
