Perspectives can be funny things. Some see Autumn as cold, wet, bitter, gloomy and depressing. While others celebrate a moment in time to slow the body and mind down. To curl up and switch the focus to something internal.
Ever wonder why those who practice yoga tend to feel more positive, uplifted, upbeat and energetic? It’s all in the daily decisions...the daily movements and the daily shifts in perspectives.
Starting from October our online YTT includes a 3 day in-person yoga teacher training at our studio in Longford, to add some warm fuzzy days to your winter! This means, for the price of an online YTT, you will also have the option to join us in-person for a bonus 3 Day Weekend and enjoy meeting your fellow Yoga Teacher Trainees in person!

lockdown-proofing
If you are coming from a country that is in lockdown during the in-person weekend, you are invited to come visit us on another weekend with access to all Friday/Saturday and Sunday timetabled classes + one to one YTT sessions with Miriam.
If Ireland is in lockdown during the in-person weekend, we will run everything online and reschedule the in-person weekend for 2021 choosing the specific weekend by majority vote.
