Sage
Burning Sage is a ritual deeply rooted in Native American tradition.
Nowadays Sage and other holy herbs are used in order to cleanse a space or an environment of negative energy.
The goal behind the practise of burning sage is to gather the negative energy and release it through an open door or window.
This exercise is said to generate wisdom, clarity and healing.
From a science based point of view sage can clear up to 94 percent of airborne bacteria in a space and disinfect the air. Burning sage releases negative ions.
